HOW TO PREPARE

  • If you've been prescribed anti-anxiety medication for your pet by the veterinarian please try to give them the medication approximately 2-3 hrs before the appointment.

  • Establish a well-lit area and calm setting to help our team exam your pet. â€‹

  • Annual Exams or diarrhea sick visits require fecal samples. If you are collecting fecal matter, the sample must be kept cold and should be taken as close to your appointment time as possible. We recommend placing it in a double-sealed bag prior to refrigeration.

Dogs:
Round up your pet and place them in a secure, closed off room while you wait for VetValet to arrive.
Cats:
Placing your cat in a crate or small bathroom works great! Ideally, your cat should be contained near/ in the same area you plan to have her examined.
